After Saturday Night Trouble in Buffalo, Sunday Night is Called Peaceful by Erie Cty. Executive

Erie County DA Discusses Arrests and Details of Saturday Night
"All ten arrested were White"

BUFFALO, N.Y. — We are learning more about who was arrested when the protests in Buffalo on Saturday night turned violent.
The Erie County District Attorney issued a release on Sunday morning saying that Daniel D. Hill, 21, form Kenmore was arraigned in Buffalo City Court on Sunday on one count reckless endangerment in the first degree,  one count of riot in the second degree and one count of resisting arrest.

The Erie County District Attorney's office says Hill, and other unknown individuals broke into a closed liquor store and threw bottles and other objects at officers and nearby civilians on Elmwood Avenue late Saturday evening.
Hill is accused of throwing multiple liquor bottles at Buffalo Police officers, who were responding to reports of looting, and were hit by those glass bottles. Some officers suffered minor injuries.
Officials say when officers tried to arrest Hill, he allegedly punched, kicked and elbowed officers.

Hill was released. He is scheduled to return to court on July 14. If convicted, Hill could face a maximum of seven years in prison.

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says there were incidents of looting and damage in Kenmore and Amherst.  So far, no arrests have been made in those incidents.
Flynn says one of the arrests involved a minor. That case is being handled by Family Court.

Flynn also says that his office is investigating the arson at Buffalo City Hall. He says the suspect will be arrested and prosecuted.
Flynn's office is also investigating an incident in which a 29-year-old female was pulled from a vehicle on Delaware Avenue near the statler and beaten.  She was taken to ECMC with a serious head injury.  Buffalo Police Captain Jeff Rinaldo said the woman appeared to have mistakenly turned from a side street into the protest area.
Flynn says a television news photographer from WIVB was struck and injured during the protest.  His office is investigating that incident as well.
Flynn says they are working with the US Attorney's office to investigate who the organizers of the protests are and file appropriate charges.
