The U.S. Senate gets to see what the eventual 1,000-page bill says at Noon today and then gets to vote on it. The House of Representatives gets the bill from the Senate and since not many representatives are in town, they will attempt a "unanimous consent" motion and approval. The President would then get the bill for the President's signature presumably Friday.
