Dumpsters do not come to the Institute free of charge and are not cheap enough to sponsor for more than the Institute community. Residents pay for this service and in past years the dumpsters have been full before residents arrive. This injustice can not stand. The DEC requires monitoring of the "Transfer Site" and the Institute is determined to carry this out.
