The Silver Lake Daily Newsletter only publishes "Confirmed Cases" which appear in two different locations as most of the confirmed cases in New York State have. However, the first claimed confirmed case in Wyoming County was invalidated by the same source that put it out in the first place.
This second confirmed case being attributed to Wyoming County has appeared in the first source location but has not yet appeared in the second. We remain skeptical here at SLDN since the first designation was invalidated. If this is not validated by morning in the second source, we will not list it as a "confirmed case."
Ontario County, the only WNY county to have not declared a state of emergency, now has its first confirmed case of the corona-virus.
