Governor Cuomo, in responding to a question about a quarantine of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, said, "I know nothing about that. I have not spoken with anyone about it." This was brought about by the complaint of the Florida Governor that New Yorkers were coming to Florida and are responsible for an uptick in the number of cases of corona-virus in Florida since the Spring Break. This was from an abundance of New Yorkers, he said.
It now appears, as of late Saturday, that the President has backed away from getting the country back to work beginning with "packed churches on Easter Sunday." The President also found it necessary to back away from the constitutionally questionable proposal of a president quarantining one or more states without involving the governors of those states.
