While it isn't in the midst of a storm, the freezing and thawing that takes place within 8-10 degrees of freezing, creates unforseen hazards for the not-so-sure-footed or those in a hurry or with other things on their minds. What looks like clear pavement often seconds for black ice or other slippery surface catching those not paying attention. Use caution and enjoy your Leap Year February.
