...PATCHY FREEZING RAIN AND SLIPPERY CONDITIONS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...
Light rain continues this morning over the Southern Tier. Overall temperatures are in the middle 30s, however some locations have seen temperatures drop into the lower 30s. Patchy freezing rain is possible this morning where temperatures are near freezing. Untreated roads could be slippery as could elevated surfaces, such as bridges and overpasses. Only trace amounts of ice are expected through mid morning.
