This change in the status of the clouds today to "partly sunny" is this SLDNewsletter's designation and not that of the National Weather Service. The change took place shortly after 12 Noon today. This is an effort to eliminate the erroneously printed "Wyoming County" forecast and the readily observable sky in Southeastern Wyoming County--especially for those living out of state where easy observation here cannot be made from there.
