After a substantial Sunday evening downpour, Sunset Club members dry the benches so they can sit, converse, and watch the sunset. There is no actual "membership." Anyone can "join" just be taking a seat on the Big Blue Dock and being willing to wave at passing boats. Seated tonight (8/18/19) (first row closest to the Lake) are:
Don and Barb Weaver, Suzanne Bristow, Larry Beman, Barbara Bruce, Sarah and Fay Clark; second row: Phyllis and Fred Nobbs. Julie Hoffner and Greg Franklin remained in the car, having already been caught once in the downpour, and having left Greg's walker and canes behind.
