Worship Committee Considers Beavy of Ideas to Keep Worship Vital, Vibrant

A deeply committed Worship Committee met for two-and-a-half hours this morning dealing with a somewhat over worked group who firmly believes in what they are doing, but also decided to confront work and health issues. The committee is made up of all medicare-eligible people with the majority being between ages 72-83. It was agreed that the membership of the committee needs to be expanded by at least two people who have a concern and/or love for Worship. 

It was decided to plan an open discussion meeting inviting persons who want to see a continuing and strong program of Worship to familiarize them with what it takes to put on this weekly program and to accept new thoughts and ideas which would help bring even greater stability to the program. Young adults will be warmly welcomed as will folks of all ages!

Worship Services for the 2019 Season will be posted at the southeastern corner of Perry Ave. and Wesley Ave., opposite the Post Office. They will also be carried in this Newsletter on a continuous basis. This upcoming Sunday, it will be located at Epworth Hall.
