Weather for the SLA Boat Parade last weekend turned out perfectly--perfectly backwards, that is. The sky was clear up to the starting point of the boating competition, but as boats started off the downpour began. Then, just as if ordered exactly backwards, when the parade was over, the rain stopped. Some folks are already remembering this season as a wet one and it was only June 30th.
