This morning caused a little consternation for Spectrum customers as both television and internet service suffered intermit-tent outages. The service went on and off several times before finally cutting out for about a 15-20 minute period. No explanation was offered. The rest of the day (at least up to 3:53 pm) there was no further difficulty.
