Flurries with no accumulation for today. Wednesday: 1-3 Inches
of snow or icy mix, hi 32

The earlier forecast has been updated and accumulation of snow flurries is no longer predicted for the area. Of greater significance this afternoon is the falling temperature. Mother Nature was unable to reach the high of 24 and already the temperature is heading toward tonight's low in the single digits--currently forecast at 8 degrees for Silver Lake. NWS is calling for 1 to 3 inches of snow (or snow and icy mix) for Wednesday but rising mid-week temperatures will put an end to new snow and ice activity. Temperatures will continue to rise reaching a possible high of 50 on Sunday with the possibility of rain.
