SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT UNTIL 1:15 PM EST WED ... A SNOW SQUALL WILL AFFECT WAYNE... NORTHEASTERN WYOMING... LIVINGSTON... CAYUGA... SOUTHWESTERN OSWEGO... SOUTHERN MONROE... SOUTHEASTERN GENESEE AND ONTARIO COUNTIES... AT 1221 PM EST, A SNOW SQUALL WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR NINE MILE POINT TO CALEDONIA. WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS SQUALL. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... ROCHESTER, IRONDEQUOIT, OSWEGO, GENEVA, FULTON, CANANDAIGUA, GENESEO, EAST ROCHESTER, WEBSTER, FAIRPORT, BRIGHTON, FAIR HAVEN BEACH STATE PARK, ONTARIO, HENRIETTA, PENFIELD, NEWARK, WILLIAMSON, MARION, LE ROY AND LYONS. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... INTERSTATE 390 BETWEEN EXITS 7 AND 12. INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN EXITS 46 AND 40. USE EXTRA CAUTION IF YOU MUST TRAVEL INTO OR THROUGH THIS DANGEROUS SNOW SQUALL.
