The Planning Committee, based on a decision made earlier this year, has announced that the 2019 "Mid Winters Survivors Party" for year-round SLI residents will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019, from 4 pm to (appx) 6 pm. It will once again take the form of a pizza party with soft drinks, coffee and dessert. The event will be held on the campus of the Asbury Retreat Center, the exact building to be announced closer to the date.
If you are a regular reader of this Newsletter-Blog and are aware of full time residents who do not keep up with the news, please either let them know about the annual party or give us their name and address so we can mail publicity information to them. Let us know if they genuinely appear interested so that we are able to make adequate preparations for attendees. Donations will help to determine any shared costs of the event.
