One might assume that this is a night shot from last winter but it is not. This was taken at 1:10 am on Saturday (10/6/18) and we can assure you there was no snow present. This is simply how the camera "sees" and then portrays the contrasts of the night as assisted by a street light. This was taken through the stationary outdoor camera on Lakeview Ave. in the Silver Lake Institute.
