Rev. Greg Franklin will be present for the final wake, remembrance, and dinner for his great nephew, Charles A. Wildrick-Cole, which will be held later this afternoon, Friday (Oct. 26, 2018) at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull St., Cuba, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. There will be a remembrance service for family and close friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday (Oct. 26, 2018) following the wake.  Graciously, the folks at Cuba United Methodist Church are putting on a pot-luck dinner for the family following the service of remembrance.

"I will be traveling with my youngest daughter, Mrs. Bethany (Travis) Crowley and her mother, Mrs. Lynn (Harold) Southcott, down to Cuba, NY, early this afternoon, for the final wake hours beginning at 2:00 pm," said Mr. Franklin. In about a week, "A service for the greater Alfred-Almond community is being coordinated by the family and the school to honor Charlie and his life. This service will be held at the Alfred-Almond School in the near future," announced Mrs. Dawn (Jeremy) Wildrick-Cole, mother of Charlie.
