Early next week, the remnants of Hurricane Florence will enter the Western New York (WNY) area as a low pressure system bringing heavy rain and limited winds. It's too early for details, but the current path of the storm is to head south but then circle back on a northward track. By the time it reaches WNY, it will no longer be referred to as a hurricane, but simply as a low pressure system, ending the life and story of Hurricane Florence.
