For the first time in 2018, there is finally no snow to be found. We have had days when most of the ground and roofs were clear of snow, but there was always the remnants of the plowed snow piles as a reminder that it wasn't completely gone. It was almost as if those snow piles were the "reminder" or promise that we could count on more to come. While there may yet to be more snow flurries, with today's bright sunshine and no snow remaining, it is the first time since 2018 arrived on January 1st that the new year has "seen" the real hope and promise of spring.
