FIREMATIC OFFICERS, LEFT TO RIGHT -- Senior Captain David Spink, 2nd Assistant Chief Paul Hinsken, Chief Engineer David Laraby, 1st Assistant Chief Larry Hopper, Junior Captain Dakota Spink, and Lieutenant Heath Stenson. David Spink and his brother Dakota were long time residents of the Silver Lake Institute until Dakota relocated to Rt. 20A in Perry. Good to see them both continuing to serve the public and those most in immediate need.
