...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM FRIDAY TO
5 AM EST SATURDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations adding up to 4 to
8 inches are expected, with locally higher amounts over the
Boston Hills, southwest Wyoming and northern Cattaraugus
counties of up to 12 inches expected. Snow will be light to
moderate, with the period of most accumulation occuring late
tonight through Friday night.
* WHERE...Wyoming, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 5 AM EST Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the evening commute on Friday. Be prepared
for reduced visibilities at times.
PRECAUTIONARY / PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited
visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.

By 1:30 am there was a dusting of snow which covered the small areas of the barren ground that had been plowed up earlier this afternoon.
