The Arts Council for Wyoming County (ACWC) opened its annual "Local Color" members exhibit on Friday, January 26, 2018 in the Main Gallery with 28 Local Artists displaying their works. The exhibit will remain on display until Friday, February 23, 2018, when the presentation of awards will be held starting at 6:30 p.m.
