| Patrolman Spink |
Perry Police Department Patrolman David Spink conducted an expired inspection stop on a vehicle driven by Corey Comstock of Perry on January 21, 2018. Investigation determined that Comstock had a suspended license. Officer Spink placed Comstock under arrest for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the third degree. Comstock was issued a ticket for the uninspected motor vehicle and released on his own recognizance. He has a February 6 Perry Village Court appearance.
