 The 9 ladies dancing symbolize the 9 fruits of the Spirit:
love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, 
faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

As of 1:10 am, Jan. 3, there has been no snow here from the LES Weather Advisory for Tuesday-Wednesday, Jan. 2-3, 2018 from this vantage point at the Silver Lake Institute. Other areas in WNY have been hit with very difficult winter conditions as stated in the NWS Weather Advisory. The Advisory ended at 1:00 am (Jan. 3, 2018).
