Frozen, Burst Water Pipe at 3889 Lakeview Puts Temporary Hold
on Winter Survivors' Party

A frozen water pipe caused by the extreme freezing temperatures of the past two weeks burst open and caused considerable damage to the newly remodeled, 3 story cottage that two families--Kris and Glynne Schultz and Carol and Joel Horowitz--recently completed. The cottage was to be the warm winter location for the Year-Round Residents of SLI to gather for a Mid-Winter Survivors Party on January 20th. The location will now have to be changed and quite possibly the date also.

The invitations were ready to be delivered to the post office, but were held up because of the water pipe damage at our planned location. Watch this space and new mailed invitations for the latest on "the Mid-Winter Survivors" at SLI.
