After a few days of unseasonably less-than-frigid temperatures, we begin Thursday at 17 degrees at Haven and Ames in the Silver Lake Institute and a frigid 13 degrees at the south end of the Lake. During the hours of darkness, the temperature will drop to around 13 degrees and a light snow will be falling somewhat like it did yesterday morning. The high today will reach 28 but for Friday through Sunday, temperatures will be in the low-to-mid 40's.
