The Bi-Laws in the Handbook tasks the Grounds Committee with annual inspections of all SLI grounds properties for the purpose of keeping them clean, attractive, in good repair, and generally able to help keep up the neighborhood land values so as not to attract careless or messy people. This year's inspection resulted in several notices being prepared, notifying land owners of the suggested improvements on their land.
Landowners will also receive in the mail a copy of the rental agreement and new Information Sheet to distribute to their tenants, so that the tenants will be knowledgeable of expectations and programs, as will land owners. The ultimate goal is to have all land owners and renters living on the grounds of SLI because they like what SLI stands for and enjoy its total lifestyle--something that cannot always be said at this point in history.
