Lake Community is Unscathed by Tornado, Flood, Severe Thunderstorms
and 70mph Wind Watches, Warnings

Almost exactly 24 hours ago, the National Weather Service out of Buffalo made this unusually defining statement: "SIMPLY PUT...THE MORE SUN WE RECEIVE TODAY...THE GREATER THE THREAT. THE SEVERE WEATHER POTENTIAL WILL BE GREATEST BETWEEN 3 AND 6 PM FOR THE FAR WESTERN COUNTIES." Then at 5:30 p.m. yesterday, the News Blog made this call: "We appeared to have little to no sunshine throughout the day, thereby starving the storms of much of their energy."
