The Storm's movement is from the northwest which is rapidly clearing as of 2:47 p.m. The Lake Community has had only snow flurries since midnight which registers as zero on the precipitation scale for today (as of 2:47 p.m.). We missed the initial snow during the day on Monday and it appears as though we are also missing Wednesday's snowfall also (as of 2:47 p.m.). As of Noon, those reporting snow totals for the Lake Community are giving us anywhere from 12 inches to 15 inches. The following are the mid-day and late afternoon temperatures:
LAKESIDE TEMPERATURES AT 11:30 AM:
South End--13 degrees (F); Forecast High--19 degrees (F);
North End--15 degrees (F); Forecast High--21 degrees (F).
LAKESIDE TEMPERATURES AT 3:30 PM:
South End--19 degrees (F); Forecast Low Tonight--15 degrees (F);
North End--20 degrees (F); Forecast Low Tonight--15 degrees (F).
LAKESIDE FORECASTED HIGHS FOR THURSDAY:
South End--27 degrees (F); . . .North End--28 degrees (F).
INSTITUTE TEMPERATURE AT 5 PM--41 degrees (F).
