As of 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, the snow fall has been light, but steady, except for some very brief periods of letup. In spite of the light snowfall, the ground cover of snow continues to build at a steady rate--at least 6 inches or so in the Silver Lake area. Roads are plowed and passable, but snow covered.
