* Locations...The Genesee Valley and Northern Finger Lakes...Includ-
ing Interior portions of the Western Southern tier. * Timing...Through Early this evening. * Hazards...Snow...Mixed with patchy sleet and freezing Rain South of
Lake Ontario. * Accumulations...1 to 3 inches of Snow today... With a Trace of Ice
accumulation. * Winds...North 10 to 15 mph. * Visibilities...As Low as a mile at times. * Temperatures...Highs in the lower 30s today. Around 30 tonight. * Impacts...Wet Snow...With patchy sleet and freezing Rain will Result
in slushy and Slick travel conditions. Allow Extra Time for the morning
commute.
