'Old Hippies' Draw Largest Attendanceand Offering for the 2016 Seasonwith 112 Adults and 7 Children

Tonight's concert audience was made very happy by the Old Hippie Band who were unable to conclude after one hour, but held the audience spellbound right through 9 p.m. The Epworth lawn at 8:30 p.m. appeared much like a newly opened can of sardines--packed with cars newly moistened by rain! The Program Committee has already invited the Old Hippies back next year as 2017's big Closing Concert to benefit the Epworth roof which leaked again tonight onto the stage.
